- **Diagnosis**: validation studies for cTn high-sensitivity, CCTA, stress imaging vs angiography reference.
- Guidelines: **ACC/AHA**, **ESC**, **NHFA/CSANZ** (Australia), **NICE**, **RACGP** for primary care.
